Permitted use

Use the platform for lawful naming and branding ideation for projects, businesses, products, books, websites, domains, podcasts, channels, apps, games, and other creative ventures.

Prohibited use

• Generating names with the deliberate intent to infringe a third party's trademark or trade name.
• Generating names intended to impersonate a real person, organisation, or public figure without authorisation.
• Producing hateful, harassing, discriminatory, or sexually exploitative content.
• Using the platform to facilitate fraud, deception, or unlawful conduct in any jurisdiction.
• Scraping, reverse-engineering, or circumventing access controls or rate limits.
• Uploading malware or content that compromises the security or integrity of the platform.

Enforcement

Violations may result in warnings, content removal, suspension, or termination of access. Where required by law we may cooperate with relevant authorities.
