To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Relationale LLC, Keiron Brown, NameGeneratorTools.com, and their respective employees, contractors, contributors, licensors, affiliates, technology providers, successors, and assigns shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenues, data, goodwill, or business opportunities, arising out of or relating to your use of, or inability to use, NameGeneratorTools.com.
Examples of excluded liability
- Generated names that turn out to be unavailable, conflicting, or unsuitable.
- Branding suggestions or frameworks adopted without independent verification.
- AI-generated outputs used without human review.
- Trademark conflicts, opposition proceedings, or infringement claims.
- Domain registration, renewal, or transfer decisions.
- Business naming, entity formation, or jurisdiction-specific compliance decisions.
- Reliance on educational materials for legal, tax, or financial decisions.
Aggregate cap
Where liability cannot be excluded by applicable law, the aggregate liability of Relationale LLC and the protected parties for all claims arising out of or relating to the platform shall not exceed the greater of one hundred U.S. dollars (US$100) or the amount you paid Relationale LLC in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
