Informal resolution first
Before initiating any formal proceeding, you agree to contact us at legal@namegeneratortools.com with a written description of the dispute and the relief you seek. We will attempt to resolve the matter in good faith within thirty (30) days.
Governing law
These terms and any dispute arising out of or relating to them are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles, except where mandatory consumer-protection laws of your jurisdiction provide otherwise.
Venue
Subject to the informal-resolution step above and to any non-waivable rights you have under local law, you agree that any judicial action will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
Class-action waiver
To the extent permitted by applicable law, disputes will be resolved on an individual basis only, and not as part of a class, consolidated, or representative action.
Severability
If any portion of this policy is held to be unenforceable, the remaining portions remain in full force and effect.
