Quality assurance standards
Before a page is published or substantially updated, it passes through a documented quality checklist. This page describes that checklist so readers and partners know what is being checked.

Pre-publication checklist
- 1.A single H1, with semantic H2/H3 structure beneath it.
- 2.A descriptive page title under 60 characters and a meta description under 160.
- 3.A canonical URL declared on the leaf route.
- 4.Structured data appropriate to the page type (Article, FAQPage, CollectionPage, SoftwareApplication, Breadcrumb).
- 5.Internal links to at least three contextually-relevant pages on the site.
- 6.A clear next action for the reader: a related generator, framework, or guide.
Post-publication monitoring
- Quarterly review of all evergreen guides for factual drift.
- Monthly check of internal links from high-traffic pages.
- Automatic monitoring of Core Web Vitals on the top 50 pages.
What triggers an editorial update
A page is updated when its underlying framework changes, when a referenced standard moves (registrar policy, platform username rules, schema.org guidance), or when a reader correction is verified. The update date is shown at the top of every editorial page.
