Indemnification

Your indemnification obligation

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Relationale LLC, Keiron Brown, NameGeneratorTools.com, and their respective employees, contractors, contributors, licensors, affiliates, technology providers, successors, and assigns from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to:

• Your misuse of the platform.
• Your violation of the Terms of Use, Acceptable Use Policy, or any other posted policy.
• Your infringement of any trademark, copyright, trade-secret, publicity, privacy, or other right of any third party.
• Any unlawful conduct undertaken in connection with the platform.
• Your adoption or commercial use of any generated name without appropriate verification (including trademark, domain, and jurisdiction-specific checks).

Control of defense

Relationale LLC may, at its option, assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter otherwise subject to indemnification by you, in which case you agree to cooperate with our defense of such claim.
